CARE
Room for everyone waiting.
More chairs, more Head Spa capacity, more stylists — so the women who have been waiting finally get a seat.
DEW BEAUTY COMPANY IS GROWING · NEW HOME OPENING OCTOBER 19, 2026

A COMMUNITY-BACKED EXPANSION · HUNTSVILLE, ALABAMA
More room to care.More room to teach.More room to serve.

Two years ago Dominque Willis moved to Huntsville with a cosmetology license, a scalp-care certification, and zero clientele.
No book. No referrals. No one waiting.
She opened DEW in October 2024 on one belief: women with natural hair shouldn't have to choose between being deeply cared for and getting expert care.
She didn't build a client list. Huntsville built it for her.

Two years · One stylist · One chair
We're not building a bigger salon. We're building a bigger place to serve.
More space means more women served — but that was never the whole reason. When we walked through the new building, we started asking what could happen here that couldn't happen before.
CARE
More chairs, more Head Spa capacity, more stylists — so the women who have been waiting finally get a seat.
CAREERS
We don't want to rent chairs. We want to train cosmetologists into experts in textured hair and scalp care.
EDUCATION
Classes where women learn to care for their hair at home, and parents learn to care for their daughters'.

COMMUNITY
Room for the conversations that never fit behind a salon chair — and free hair days for school-age girls, taught to love their natural hair early.
BUILD WITH US
Your contribution funds the infrastructure that makes room for all of it — more women cared for, stylists trained, classes taught, and girls served.

Every appointment. Every referral. Every woman who told another woman, “You need to go see Dominque.”
IN THEIR WORDS
VERIFIED GOOGLE REVIEWS · 5.0 RATING
The atmosphere and ambiance of the salon was so warming and calming. She took her time to actually ask questions and analyze my hair — and as a fellow cosmetologist, that means a lot to me.
Dominique took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel informed and cared for throughout. One standout detail: she respects your time.
As a busy woman with a lot of natural hair, I was looking for someone who would take their time and care for my strands beyond offering a silk press. She places an emphasis on educating you about the health of your hair.
I hadn’t been there in almost a year and she still remembered me as if no time had gone by at all.
This is what the community built.

DAYS REMAINING
Campaign closes October 11, 2026.

We've signed the lease on a larger home. We're hiring our first Associate Stylist. We're investing our own revenue into the move.
But this isn't about square footage.
When we walked through the new building, we stopped counting chairs and started asking a different question — what could happen here that couldn't happen before?

The next DEW opens
DEW is investing alongside this campaign through our lease commitment, operating revenue and relocation costs. The $20,000 goal represents the community-backed portion of the expansion — not the entire cost of the move.
$7,000
Salon + Head Spa infrastructure
Plumbing, installation and the infrastructure required to expand Head Spa and salon service capacity.
$4,000
Equipment + service capacity
Essential equipment and fixtures that let additional stylists and services operate at once.
$3,500
Education + community space
Flexible furnishings and equipment that let the salon transition from service space into classes, workshops and community programming.
$2,500
Stylist training + development
Training, certification and onboarding infrastructure to develop DEW's growing team.
$2,000
Moving + opening setup
Moving, setup, signage and the operational transition into the new location.
$1,000
Expansion contingency
Because construction and relocation almost always come with something unexpected.
TOTAL COMMUNITY GOAL
$20,000
Final allocations may shift as vendor quotes are finalized. Campaign funds remain dedicated to DEW's relocation, expansion and the infrastructure necessary to increase service, education and community capacity.

We've signed the lease. We're taking on a larger facility. We're hiring. We're putting business revenue into the move.
This campaign is an invitation to build with us.
Every dollar raised lets us finish more of this expansion without expensive short-term financing that would pull resources away from the people and programming the new space exists to support.
DEW has never grown by itself. We didn't want to disappear for two months and come back with a finished building.
THE CAMPAIGN CLOSES OCTOBER 11
Every contribution before October 11 goes directly into the buildout. After that, we phase what we can't fund yet.
